Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GenLead ("Service"), operated by GenLead ("we", "us", or "our") at genlead.dev. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What GenLead Does

GenLead monitors publicly available Reddit posts and comments for buying signals matching keywords you configure. The Service uses AI to score leads on a 1–10 buying-intent scale and drafts personalized outreach messages based on matched content. GenLead accesses only public Reddit data — no private messages, no Reddit account credentials.

2. Account Terms

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share your account with others or allow multiple people to access a single account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at support@genlead.dev.

3. Free Trial and Billing

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription at $5/month, billed monthly via Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then and are not charged again. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months, but if you experience a billing error, contact us and we will make it right.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GenLead only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Reddit's User Agreement and Content Policy. You may not use the Service to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abusive, spammy, or illegal outreach based on GenLead data. Use the drafted messages as a starting point — you are responsible for how and whether you send them.

5. Intellectual Property

The GenLead platform, including its software, algorithms, UI, and branding, is owned by GenLead and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own business purposes during your subscription.

The lead data, scored leads, and message drafts generated by the Service are yours to use. We do not claim ownership of output generated from your keywords and configuration.

You retain ownership of any configuration data, keywords, feedback, and voice examples you provide. By submitting this content, you grant us a license to use it to operate and improve the Service.

6. Third-Party Services

GenLead relies on the following third-party services to operate:

Your use of the Service is also subject to each provider's terms and policies. We are not responsible for downtime or data handling by third-party services.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your data. By using the Service, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy of lead scores, the quality of drafted messages, Reddit data availability, or uninterrupted access. Lead scoring is probabilistic — results will vary, and not every high-scoring lead will convert.

We do not guarantee that using GenLead will result in sales, partnerships, or any particular business outcome.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenLead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to GenLead in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GenLead and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your outreach to Reddit users based on GenLead data.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive use, or if required by law. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends. We may retain certain data as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or a notice in the dashboard at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
